Installing GNS3 using pip3 install

So I’ve got Xubuntu running on my pinebook and want to run a few VMs on it. The hardware isn’t good enough for the server side but it will easily run the python GNS3-gui.

Ubuntu has no binary ARM64 packages to install and run gns3-gui and gns3-server but there is another way:

Install python pip3 and other binary dependancies:

# apt-get install python3-pip python3-setuptools python3-sip python3-pyqt5 python3-pyqt5.qtsvg dynamips

Use pip3 to install gns3
# pip3 install gns3-gui (optional gns3-server)

And you are done!
